In January/February 2017, I launched the first creative writing course “Introduction to Food Writing” in Berlin. It was a fun experience!

Since then, I have been able to turn my idea about a food writing course into a Masters module Food Writing and Media. The module, which I am now teaching in the MA Gastronomy and Food Studies at the Technological University Dublin, includes both the practical experience of different types of food writing with the critical study of published food writing and food in literature.
